The Readers Services Division is responsible in lending books and non-book materials housed in the library.  It shall provide references, researches, and bibliographic services to users. It maintains and preserves books, documents, and archival materials. It also undertakes readers’ orientation and instruction programs. It has six (6) sections, namely: Filipiniana Section; Circulation Section; Reserve Section; Reference Section; Periodical Section; and the Archives Section.

The library operates in an open-shelf system except in the audio-visual section. Students are required to leave their library cards at the loan desk before entering the stack area.
